So I’m sitting on the train travelling from London Paddington to Bath for a family wedding. Jamie’s cousin is getting married and we made the long trek home from Melbourne. At present we have been awake for 36+ hours and we are feeling a little rough. Although, we did manage to get a couple of hours here and there on the plane but really not much at all.
Therefore this week’s photo of the week is where it all started those 36+ hours ago back in Melbourne International Airport. Even here we look a little tired but I had trouble sleeping the night before. I guess the anticipation of the long haul flight didn’t help, but I was also working the day before.
The flight was good; we had stops in Brunei and Dubai and finally landed in to London Heathrow this morning at 6.30am. The commute to the city was a nightmare as we joined all those on the way to work, nevertheless we arrived safely and I’m grateful for that!
